In 2023, we got tired of it.
We got tired of seeing our beaches, harbors, and waterways full of waste. Southern California is home to some of the world's most beautiful and iconic coastal areas, and yet the Los Angeles-Long Beach region is also home to tens of thousands of pounds of illegally dumped waste a year.

The Pollution Solution (P.S.) is a 501c3 founded in 2023 as a way to put our dream of solving the ongoing waste crisis into action. Through volunteer waste collection, group waste collection events, fundraising, and a waste-self reporting website, we strive-- and work-- to decrease the amount of litter abundance in the City of Long Beach and eventually the whole of Los Angeles County, particularly around the water.
